Welcome to KIDZ 2 BIZ Academy Bhilai. Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using our platform, booking demo sessions, or enrolling in our academic streams.

By accepting the Terms and Conditions of our platform, you expressly consent to our collection and use of your personal data, specifically your phone number, for the purpose of contacting you through phone calls, IVR and RCS messaging. These calls and messages may be made to remind you of any relevant updates, activities, or information regarding your account, as well as to inform you about new offers, promotions, or updates related to our platform and services. You acknowledge and agree that we may use your phone number to provide these communications and understand that this is a necessary part of your engagement with our platform. You may opt out of receiving such communications at any time by contacting our support team or following the opt-out instructions provided in any communication. However, opting out of promotional calls will not affect non-promotional or service-related communications that are essential to your use of the platform.

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing our website or enrolling a student in any course track (Artificial Intelligence, Business Mindset, Financial Literacy, or Leadership & Communication), you represent that you are the parent or legal guardian of the child being enrolled and agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our platform or enroll in our classes.

2. Program Fees and Enrollment

Enrollment in weekly courses is subject to payment of the prescribed program fees. All program fees are payable in advance of the session batches. The Academy reserves the right to modify fee structures, program durations, or curriculum topics at any time with prior notice to active guardians.

3. Code of Conduct & Safety

KIDZ 2 BIZ Academy is committed to providing a safe, respectful, and highly interactive learning space. Students are expected to maintain cooperative behavior during sessions. The Academy reserves the right to suspend or cancel the enrollment of any student who demonstrates continuous disruptive, disrespectful, or unsafe behavior towards mentors or fellow peers.

4. Intellectual Property

All materials, software logic models, prompt templates, presentation formats, layouts, slides, cogs, and worksheets provided during classes are the sole intellectual property of KIDZ 2 BIZ Academy. These materials are provided for the personal educational use of enrolled students and may not be reproduced, shared, or distributed for commercial purposes without our express written consent.

5. Limitation of Liability

While we make every effort to deliver top-tier curriculum instruction and guide students through project-based learning, the Academy does not guarantee specific academic, entrepreneurial, or career outcomes. We shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services.

6. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, and any disputes relating to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Durg, Chhattisgarh.
